1SmartKid.com stands behind the products we sell. In order to streamline the process we have established the following guidelines:

- All refunds must be pre-authorized via email. There are no exceptions.
- The customer must request a return authorization within 30 days of purchase date.
- The customer is responsbile for all shipping costs.
- All items must be in original unopened package - no exceptions.
- 1Smartkid.com will refund only to the same credit card used in the original purchase.
- Goods that arrive damaged must be reported within 14 days of ship date.
- All unauthorized returns will be refused.
